Orders
Ordering on this website doesn’t store anything. It opens your own email app with your order written out, and you send it to us like any other email. We use your name, phone number, the tree you chose, when and where you’re collecting (or your delivery address), and any notes, only to confirm, prepare and hand over your order.
Who helps us
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. If you type a postcode into our pitch finder or the delivery step, it is looked up with postcodes.io to work out distances; it isn’t stored. Maps are shown by Google only when you press “Show map”.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.
